- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Extremely frustrated with this branch. Every single time I go in they try to set me up on payment protection for my loans and every single time I politely decline but today was the last straw. After missing a call from then I called back in a state of alarm (they never call and I'm thinking something just be wrong) after waiting on hold forever I find out they were just calling to solicit this product to me again! I was very blunt with the girl who called me and insisted that I not be asked about this product again. This branch clearly did not have the customer in mind when they decided to solicit unwanted products to members at home!By Leslie Stowe, July 24, 2017
